I am so happy you stopped by. I am here to help, whether you are looking for private yoga sessions, trauma-informed yoga, gentle yoga for your corporate team, dance-yoga experiences, or a studio yoga class to attend.

My story.
​
I started practicing yoga in 2008 as an undergrad at Duke University. I have experience teaching theatre, dance, yoga and movement. I received my yoga certification from Avalon Yoga International in Palo Alto and I am a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor. I am also a certified Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (www.traumasensitiveyoga.com) . I find that the best yoga practice is one where you can explore connecting to your body. It's that simple. I enjoy helping my clients gain confidence, strength and balance. I love using my creativity to construct elegant and thoughtful sequences and meditations. I love playing ukulele and singing to my students during their savasana! When I'm not practicing yoga, you can find me reading a good book, tending my vegetable garden or off exploring hot springs.

Sometimes we need to take a step back from life and give ourselves some attention. Caro will lead you and a small group of your friends or family in a series of heat generating yoga sequences followed by an introduction to calming breathing techniques and meditation.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)
​
TCTSY is a yoga practice that may allow you to connect to our body, where the focus is on your internal experience, where you may explore sensation at your own pace.
​
If you'd like to join a weekly TCTSY practice, please send me an email and we can arrange a phone call.

Please know that you may join this closed group if you have not been hospitalized within the past 6 months and if you have a well-established mental health provider/therapist.
