Looking for a creative birthday gift? Trying to find the most relaxing bridal shower ever? Planning a fun girls weekend? Sometimes we need to take a step back from life and give ourselves some attention. Caro will lead you and a small group of your friends or family in a series of heat generating yoga sequences followed by an introduction to calming breathing techniques and meditation. The class will end with gentle pressure on the shoulders, neck and feet. Aromatherapy and lullabies in French for a relaxing savasana are optional. 5-8 guests, all levels welcome. Namaste!
